Warranty
Beside to the legal warranty of 2 years on our heat meters from Allmess, Kundo / Qundis and Landis + Gyr, Engelmann.
Kamstrup has a 5 year warranty * on heat meter and replace all heat meter with a production-related error for free.
We also provide 2 years warranty on our water meter from Allmess and Lorenz.
* The warranty does not include:
- incorrect installation or usage
- defects through outside influences, in any form whatsoever
